Welcome to BCU Official. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BCU Official, operated by BlackCube Umbrellas LLC. BCU Official operates this store and website, including its content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). BCU Official is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live. You may be asked to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity on your account. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

We try to display products and product information accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device. Product descriptions, availability, and quantities may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities, persons, regions, or jurisdictions.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is processed and BCU Official confirms acceptance. We may decline, correct, or cancel an order when permitted, including because of an error, availability issue, or suspected unauthorized transaction. We will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

Cancellation and returns are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us promptly if you need to request a cancellation; a cancellation may not be possible after an order is accepted or fulfilled.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices, discounts, promotions, taxes, and other charges may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown when the order is placed and in the order confirmation. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment and account information and to pay all charges shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Rates and delivery estimates vary by product, supplier, destination, and package size. Products from different suppliers may ship in separate packages and may arrive at different times. Some products show free shipping and others show paid shipping options. Tracking is provided when available from the supplier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier, customs, supplier, or other delays outside our reasonable control. If no shipping method is available for a product or destination, it will be shown at checkout before payment.

The Services and their content, including names, logos, text, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, design, and arrangement, are owned by BCU Official, BlackCube Umbrellas LLC, Shopify, their affiliates, licensors, or other respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

BCU Official is powered by Shopify, but sales and purchases are made directly with BCU Official. Shopify is not responsible for the products or sales between you and BCU Official.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy. Shopify and service providers may process information as needed to operate checkout, payments, shipping, and other Services.

SECTION 10 - FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, suggestions, or other feedback, you give us permission to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that feedback for operating and promoting the Services. You must have the rights needed to submit it and it must comply with applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BCU Official, BlackCube Umbrellas LLC, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
